Menu
Our golden rule at mealtime: you don't have to eat everything, but it's always worth a try!
Móki Ház Family Daycare welcomes the children with breakfast, a mid-morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
Naturally healthy
You won't find any sweets here! We carefully avoid preservatives, artificial colors, and added sugars. For example, our yogurt is always plain and natural, sweetened only with fresh or dried fruits.
Healthy Carbohydrates
When it comes to breads and baked goods, we serve whole-grain and bran varieties. For breakfast and morning snacks, eggs, cheese, and oatmeal are frequently on our menu.
Healthy Hydration
We pay special attention to ensuring they drink plenty of fresh water throughout the day.
Catering to every age! 🙂
For our youngest ones, we happily puree their meals if needed, while our older toddlers can explore thinly sliced seasonal raw fruits, vegetables, and exciting flavor combinations.
Freshly Prepared On-Site
Every day, we serve a two-course lunch made right here in our kitchen using fresh ingredients. We serve pasta at most once a week, and we absolutely never serve sweet main courses!
- Breakfast: Oatmeal, sandwich with fresh veggies, eggs with veggies, fruit and veggie oat cookies.
- Soups: Clear broth with carrots and fine noodles, green pea soup, and various creamy vegetable soups.
- Main Courses: Steamed chicken breast, lean roast pork, mashed sweet potatoes, bulgur, couscous, thick and creamy vegetable stews, and baked green bean casserole.
Seasonal Delights
When planning our menu, a key priority is to enrich the children's diet with a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, tailored to what each season has to offer.
- In summer: fresh currants, summer apples, melons, peaches, tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers.
- In spring: strawberries, cherries, sour cherries, sorrel, spinach, and wild garlic.
- In autumn and winter: roasted pumpkin, beetroot salad, sauerkraut, grapes, and carrots.
