At Móki Ház Family Daycare, we provide our little ones with daily opportunities to learn and grow. We tailor everything to the children's needs: the children don't go to the activities—the activities come to them!
- Flexible Participation: Children can join the play at any time, but nothing is mandatory. We always adapt to the moment and the current needs of the little ones.
- Flexible Schedule: If they are deeply engaged in free play, we don't interrupt them artificially; instead, we simply offer the planned activity later.
- Spontaneous Activities: If we are playing outside, I bring out the guitar. We sing nursery rhymes right where we are—whether in the sandbox or while playing with toy cars.
- Tuned to the Mood: On fussier days, if the group needs it, we gently transition between calming rhymes, playing with playdough, and light exercises.
Create and Explore
- Arts & Crafts: painting, gluing, and open-ended art (e.g., confetti dinosaurs, rockets)
- Sensory Play: exploring with playdough, rice, foam...
- Homemade salt dough magic
During our arts and crafts sessions, we use everyday household items, so these little masterpieces can easily be recreated at home.
Our favorites: free stamping, finger painting, drawing with crayons, making playdough hedgehogs with straw spikes, handprint art, and crafting masks and crowns.

- Classical guitar and singing sessions
We turn into little kittens, then grow into big, grumbling bears. Finally, we invite a butterfly to land in our palms, which flutters away at the end of the song.
Other times, we sing about cooking peas, playfully sprinkling them with salt and paprika. Then we transform into Jancsi the Clown from a classic Hungarian nursery rhyme, and countless other exciting adventures await us...
Adventures Inside and Out
- Gonge spinning tops, tactile discs, stepping stones, balance beams, scooter boards, and activity rings
- Puppet sets, a rainbow parachute
- Classic toys: Duplo, Clemmy blocks, dolls, toy cars, etc.
All of these help develop the children's motor, cognitive, and social skills—all while having a great time!
We spend a lot of time in our safe garden. Here, the children can enjoy the sandbox, the slide, playing with balls, exploring the mud kitchen, and lots of other fun games. When the weather is nice, we stay outside for almost the entire day, only going indoors for lunch, and we even hold our activities outdoors.
